FabLittleBags and HyGeeni Bags adopted by Skipton Building Society to support colleague well being

Skipton Yorkshire 30th September 2026: Skipton Building Society has introduced FabLittleBag and HyGeeni Bag dispensers across its head office and branches staff toilets.  Colleagues across Skipton’s offices and branch locations now have access to discreet, hygienic and easy-to-use disposal solutions for periods, stoma products and incontinence products wherever they work.

The move is part of Skipton's wider commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace. It recognises that small practical details in everyday facilities can make a real difference to how people feel at work.

FabLittleBag is a discreet, opaque, thoughtfully sourced, disposal bag for sanitary products with a simple seal that locks away odour and mess. HyGeeni Bags extend the same thinking to stoma and incontinence products, giving everyone a clean, private and confident way to dispose of them. Both help cut down on products being flushed down the toilet, which is a major cause of blockages, sewer problems and plastic pollution in rivers and seas. They also upgrade the binning experience, making the sanitary bins clean and hygienic.

Martha Silcott, Founder and Inventor of The FabBag Company, said:

"We're delighted to be working with Skipton Building Society as they introduce FabLittleBag and HyGeeni Bags across all their branches. This fits perfectly with Skipton's commitment to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace for their staff where people can belong and be themselves.

"By providing discreet, hygienic and easy-to-use disposal solutions for periods, stoma products and incontinence products right where people need them, Skipton is recognising that inclusive workplaces are about the thoughtful practical details as well as the big commitments.

"It's fantastic to see an organisation taking such a thoughtful approach to dignity, confidence and wellbeing, while also helping to encourage responsible disposal and reduce the flushing of products that simply shouldn't go down the loo.

"We hope Skipton's lead inspires many more organisations to think differently about what inclusive facilities should provide and the positive impact that getting it right can have."

Kennedy Brumfit, Health & Safety Advisor at Skipton Building Society said:

"We're pleased to be working with FabLittleBag to introduce these facilities in colleague toilets across our head office and branch network. It's one of the many ways we're continuing to create a supportive and inclusive working environment for our colleagues, helping ensure they have access to practical facilities that support comfort, dignity and wellbeing at work."

The dispensers are now in place within staff toilets at Skipton's head office in North Yorkshire, and across its branch network
